1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DocBun (“the Service”) operated by DocBun at docbun.online. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
DocBun is a software platform that allows users to generate professional business documents — including invoices, contracts, NDAs, proposals, and more — in English, French, and Spanish. Documents are downloaded as PDF files. DocBun offers multiple one-time payment tiers ranging from €100 to €499.
3. Account Registration
To use DocBun, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@docbun.online.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. One-Time Payment & Billing
DocBun operates on a one-time payment model. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
- You pay once for your chosen plan (€100 – €499).
- Your plan access is permanent — no expiry date.
- Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider.
- All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases with 30 days’ notice. Existing plan holders are not affected.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. See our full Refund Policy for details. Refunds are processed through Paddle back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
6. Document Usage & Legal Disclaimer
DocBun generates professionally structured documents based on standard business legal templates. By using DocBun documents, you acknowledge that:
- DocBun documents are templates and not a substitute for professional legal advice.
- You are responsible for reviewing documents for accuracy and suitability for your specific situation.
- We recommend having critical contracts reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
- DocBun is not liable for any legal outcomes resulting from the use of generated documents.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DocBun to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive documents.
- Resell or redistribute generated documents as your own templates.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform or servers.
- Resell or sublicense access to DocBun without written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
DocBun and all associated content, trademarks, document templates, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the specific document content you enter. By using DocBun, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to generate your documents.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocBun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your plan.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Your generated documents and data will be deleted after a 90-day grace period.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if needed.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the website at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
