At DocBun, we stand behind our product with a simple, no-hassle refund policy. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not 100% satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked. No forms to fill. Just email us.
Who Is Eligible
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are requesting a refund within 30 days of your initial payment.
- This is your first purchase of the same plan.
- Your account has not been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund

1Email us at support@docbun.online with the subject line “Refund Request”.

2Include the email address associated with your DocBun account. Your reason for the refund is optional but helps us improve.

3We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method via Paddle.
After Your Refund
Once a refund is issued your account will be deactivated. Your generated documents will remain accessible for 7 days after the refund is processed so you can download any files you need. You are welcome to purchase again at any time.
Refunds After 30 Days
We are unable to process refunds requested more than 30 days after your purchase. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please email us at support@docbun.online and we will review your case individually.
One-Time Payment Policy
DocBun operates on a one-time payment model — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Because you pay once for lifetime access, refunds are only available within the 30-day guarantee window. After 30 days, your plan remains active with no further charges.
Payments Processed by Paddle
All payments for DocBun plans are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider. Refunds are returned to the original payment method on file with Paddle within 3–5 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Repeat purchases of the same plan after a previous refund was issued.
